Server – Luxury Upscale Steakhouse Downtown Louisville, KY -- Steakhouse Bourre Bonne We are seeking experienced, service-driven Servers to join our luxury upscale steakhouse located in the heart of downtown Louisville. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about elevated service, exceptional food and beverage knowledge, and creating memorable guest experiences. Position Summary Servers are responsible for delivering refined, attentive, and personalized service in a high-end dining environment. Candidates must demonstrate poise, professionalism, and a strong understanding of fine-dining service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong wine and spirits knowledge (or willingness to learn)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury setting
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide polished, anticipatory service throughout the guest dining experience
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including steak cuts, preparation methods, wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Guide guests through menu selections with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain timing, pacing, and table awareness to ensure seamless service
  • Execute proper steps of service consistent with luxury dining standards
  • Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
