THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable Morning Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Morning shifts run from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM , and you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests as they start their day. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, have a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch service environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items and specials. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, providing refills, clearing used dishes, and addressing any concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and side stations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Uphold the Chetola Resort service standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
