About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage service team at the Sanibel Island Beach Resort! A beloved boutique hotel on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island Beach Resort wraps guests in a warm embrace of Old Florida Charm. Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
Complete all closing side work at end of shift
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Follow all policies and procedures
Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
