Our Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian is currently seeking an experienced Banquet Server. As a rockstar on the Banquet/F&B Team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! Requirements

Previous banquet, bartending or service experience a plus

Responsibilities

Create new and innovative ways to ensure a memorable experience for everyone involved
Understand banquet event orders to direct set up and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed.
Work with Chef and F&B Supervisor to ensure food and meeting room s set properly
Responsible to keep meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained
Set up audio visual requirement as needed
Assist with setting up and breaking down all tables, chairs, bars, linens, etc.
Support coworkers during high-volume events to maintain smooth operations
Welcoming and friendly personality who will work directly with clients
Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards
Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels. WEEKDAY MORNINGS REQUIRED
