About The Position

Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and fitness? East Bank Club is looking to add a Grill Server to our team!
The Grill is one of our member’s favorite food spots at EBC, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offering delicious, healthy, and convenient meals. As a Grill Server, you will be responsible for the prompt and correct delivery of orders while ensuring to provide a world-class dining experience for our members and guests.
Pay Rate: $12.62, plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have Basset and State Sanitation Certification.
• Ability to work well with others under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all members/guests feel welcome and are given friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for the prompt and correct delivery of orders.
• Have in-depth knowledge of The Grill menu items with the ability to confidently answer questions.
• Have the ability to quickly respond to changes in service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas.
• Knowledgeable about POS systems.
