Requirements

Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Capacity to stand for extended periods and carry multiple trays.
Able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and move quickly between tables and the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Welcome Guests:
Greet diners warmly and provide a friendly introduction to the menu.
Guide them through the dining experience with recommendations and personal touches.
Order Management:
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Input orders into the point-of-sale system efficiently.
Check back with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any adjustments as needed.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Set up and take down dining areas before and after shifts.
Ensure all tables are clean and presentable at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
Work with Team:
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Support fellow team members, particularly during busy periods.
Sales Focus:
Promote daily specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience.
Provide information about restaurant promotions and events.
