About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Morning Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests dining with us and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable breakfast experience. The Server is responsible for delivering outstanding service in a pleasant, efficient, and professional manner. Duties include taking orders, serving food and beverages, making knowledgeable upsell recommendations, handling payments, and ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitized dining environment. This role requires a courteous, helpful attitude and the ability to provide exceptional service in all guest interactions. As hospitality operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, consistent and reliable attendance is essential for success in this position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience accepted
• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to carry a large oval tray with six covered dishes (approx. 20 lbs)
• Ability to lift/transport at least 50 lbs
• Ability to push/pull carts and equipment up to 150 lbs
• Physical stamina to perform constant movement throughout work areas
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management
• Must be able to work in F&B outlets and throughout all areas of the hotel
• Comfortable working in variable temperatures, noise levels, indoor and outdoor environments
• Must be able to stand and maintain mobility for up to 8 hours
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of food service experience preferred
• Previous training in liquor, wine, and food service preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
• Customer service or guest relations experience strongly preferred
