On Sundays, the restaurant features an elevated multi-course brunch experience reflecting our commitment to culinary excellence. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant serving experience required (fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement
- Professional communication skills and polished demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and service execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Availability for AM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional fine-dining service following sequence of service standards
- Take food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure proper table maintenance and dining room presentation
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
- Maintain Salamander Middleburg Forbes service standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and restaurant team to ensure seamless service
