About The Position
We are looking for positive, engaging, energetic Servers with excellent interpersonal skills. Must have 4 years of SERVING experience, and wine knowledge is a must. We are looking to add someone to our team who is reliable, a quick learner and wanting long term employment with our company. Familiarity with hospitality and food handling regulations. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members. Outstanding communication and customer service skills, we always put the guest first.
