About The Position
The Restaurant Server at Highgate Hotels plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. The server must also be familiar with the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system to efficiently process payments and close checks, as well as perform opening and closing procedures as per the station rotation assignment. The role requires a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, which includes upselling food and beverage items and addressing any concerns that may arise during service. The server must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor and adhering to Highgate's standards of service.
