About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, upscale casual dining environment. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and collaborating with bar and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality service to our patrons.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant: fine dining or upscale casual is required.
• Familiarity with QR ordering is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing guest checks.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the kitchen and front of house.

• 1 year of restaurant experience (Preferred)

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to quality standards.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Uphold restaurant standards for service quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
