About The Position
Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking a Restaurant server with a passion for hospitality and a flair for serving delicious food and drinks. Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers may also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages. You will also be expected to adhere to hygiene and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization while on shift. This position requires availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including The Tradition An American Kitchen, HeyDey Social Club, room deliveries and Banquet events as needed.
