About The Position
Responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience to members and guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Knowledge of food, wine, and service standards preferred
- Food Safety Certification
- Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, beverages, and daily specials
- Provide recommendations, including wine pairings
- Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with club standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Address guest needs promptly and communicate concerns to management
