Requirements

LOVE for the restaurant industry
Ability to follow detailed directions
Ability to follow standard restaurant procedures
Ability to maintain standards in food and beverage quality
Ability to safely utilize a variety of kitchen tools and machinery
Ability to serve all guests to high standards in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be highly organized
Ability to clean and maintain a safe work environment

Ability to contribute to a fun and lively atmosphere

Responsibilities

Assist with restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
Communicate with servers and managers regarding special requests
Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant
Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
Execute bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant’s standards
Polish glassware and dishware
Assist with seating guests
Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
Handle guest concerns by listening and informing a server and/or manager
Support team members including leadership
Execute effective communication skills
Exude positive attitude under stress
Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
Ability to execute follow-through
