About The Position

The Restaurant Server at the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves greeting customers promptly, taking drink and food orders, and ensuring that all orders are accurate and presented well. The server will also maintain cleanliness at the tables and assist with any guest requests, contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
• Inform customers of any specials or make recommendations from the menu.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
• Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
