About The Position

As a restaurant server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your role will involve greeting customers promptly, sharing menu specials, taking drink and food orders, and ensuring that all food is delivered accurately and presented well. You will also maintain a clean and safe environment in the dining area and assist with any guest requests.

• Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
• Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
• Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
