Sales & Events Manager (Restaurant / Catering / Private Dining) $50,000–$60,000 base + monthly commissions with potential earnings of $75,000–$90,000+ annually Nacho Daddy Nashville is looking for a Sales & Events Manager to grow our catering, private dining, and group sales business. We’re not just nachos and margaritas—we’re about unforgettable parties, community connections, and turning every guest into a raving fan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in hospitality, catering, or event sales (restaurant or hotel preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with systems like TripleSeat, OpenTable, R365, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to hustle with Team Nacho.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage event, catering, and private-party sales from inquiry to execution.
  • Build partnerships with hotels, corporate planners, and local influencers.
  • Create local marketing and sales campaigns that drive new business.
  • Manage BEOs, contracts, and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub).
