21c Museum Hotels is a pioneering example of bridging the worlds of art and hospitality, combining a multi-venue contemporary art museum, boutique hotel, and a chef-driven restaurant. The company aims to create a unique and welcoming opportunity for its team members. The primary responsibility of the Runner is to deliver food to restaurant patrons. As the last staff member to see the meal before it reaches the customer, the Runner must be knowledgeable about the appearance of each dish to ensure accuracy. The Food Runner may also perform other essential duties as required.
