About The Position
Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace, with each Eataly location having its own character and theme. Eataly aims for guests to eat authentic Italian food at their restaurants, cafés, and to-go counters; shop a selection of high-quality Italian, local, and homemade products; and learn through classes and the team’s product knowledge. Eataly Flatiron is currently hiring Restaurant Professionals who have a passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for quality food, beverage, and service. Each Eataly location contains an array of full-service restaurants, cafés, to-go eateries, fresh counters, a grocery market with more than 10,000 products, and a cooking school. An Open Call is being hosted for various positions including Pastry Sous Chef, Warehouse Associate, Seasonal Pastry Cook, Bread Baker, Host, QSR Sales Associate, Barista, Pasta Maker, Seasonal Table Support, Seasonal Server, Line Cook, Mozzarella Maker, and Salumi and Formaggi Artisan.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
