WE LOVE OUR WORK. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members. Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline, and other employment actions for team members. Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures and rules including operations manuals, to promote compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Establish and maintain training and development procedures to ensure superior guest service standards are met. Prepares and delivers performance appraisals for assigned team. Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget. Ensure assigned outlet is well staffed, organized and operating to our exceptional standard. Open and close work area at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function; ensure cleanliness and security of company assets. Work with Outlet Manager and Chefs to ensure proper food preparation and presentation. Monitor team members and directing necessary coaching as needed. Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory levels for assigned outlet. Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
