About The Position
The Director of Restaurant Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staffing of the kitchen and dining services within the community. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and directing the Restaurant Operations department to ensure residents receive the highest quality dining experience. The Director also develops and implements policies and procedures for food preparation and service, while actively engaging with the community to promote occupancy and satisfaction.
