About The Position

Urth Caffe is seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee daily operations, motivate teamwork, and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, coffee, and food service, playing a crucial role in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule (Rotating Shifts)
• Previous experience in the food industry/restaurant or fast food
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• General Safety compliance with all Company Safety Policies
• Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• The position requires the ability to lift 25 lbs. Anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, lead, and provide for strong, professional teamwork among employees during scheduled shifts
• Ensure efficient food production and service in compliance with quality standards
• Train new team members
• Oversee inventory management and ordering
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Control Profit & Loss
• Conduct 5 minutes meeting to communicate to employees about safety, guest service, any food related items, promotions and training
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
• Send employees on break, observe and provide training for employee's performance and work productivity.
