Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining experience preferred.
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred.
  • Stable job history with solid business acumen.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in a fast-paced scratch kitchen serving locally-sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities
