Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant management experience
• Excellent references with stable job history
• Ability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts on your feet
• Expertise in training and development of staff
• Clear leadership qualities
• Committed and demonstrable knowledge of food and beverage
