The Grand Marlin is currently seeking an experienced front of house manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant including the selection, development & performance management of employees. The Manager is someone who is passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and customer service. They are a problem solver with a strong work ethic and leadership skills and understand that customer satisfaction always takes priority while efficient restaurant operations make it possible. In addition, they possess a strong understanding of increasing sales and optimizing profitability.
