About The Position

As the Outlet Manager for Whitewater 360 and Café 360, you are the architect of the guest experience at our premier sports and social hubs. You will hold full P&L responsibility, overseeing every aspect of the bar and restaurant operations—from payroll and budgeting to the precision of a cocktail recipe. We are looking for a high-energy leader who can maintain elite service standards while driving productivity and associate morale in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in ordering, inventory management, and setting up production areas.
  • Must be TABC and Food Handler (or ServSafe) certified.
  • Strong basic computer knowledge and the ability to generate management reports and schedules.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with a "hospitality-first" attitude.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Management: Maintain accurate daily, monthly, and annual management reports; ensure cost of goods (COG) percentages align with budget and "perfect cost" targets.
  • Resource Management: Direct all ordering policies for bar and dry goods; manage payroll and labor productivity by scaling staffing levels to match business volume.
  • Menu Innovation: Lead the development of food menus, drink recipes, and bar standards to keep the concept fresh and competitive.
  • Facility Readiness: Ensure the absolute cleanliness and organization of all service areas, including the aesthetic standards of patio and lounge furniture.
  • Elite Training: Standardize and execute training programs for supervisors, leads, and associates, focusing on high-level food/beverage service policies and "steps of service."
  • Culture & Morale: Actively manage associate relations to maintain high production levels and positive team morale.
  • Interdepartmental Synergy: Maintain seamless working relationships with all resort departments to ensure a unified guest experience.
  • Service Standards: Uphold the highest quality of food and beverage presentation, ensuring every order meets resort recipes and standards.
  • Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for Member, guest, and associate feedback, resolving complaints with professional Texas hospitality.
