The Restaurant Manager will ensure that the highest standards of service are provided to our members and that a positive team environment is fostered consistently. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Bar operations and a passion for exceeding member expectations. This position will be on staff from March-September. Reports To: Food and Beverage Director Career Level: Seasonal Entry Level Management All Club employees must represent and facilitate the mission, vision, and strategic themes of the Club. It is expected that all employees will review the Employee Handbook and the Member Yearbook. Scope and Function The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Food and Beverage team to provide exceptional member and employee experiences. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that all staff feel welcome and appreciated by conveying a strong sense of hospitality and professionalism within our team and for our members.
