Doughbird combines two of our favorites - pizza and rotisserie - in unexpected ways. What’s important to us? Using the best ingredients, baking our own bread and dough and working with local partners. As a manager, you’ll become integrated into the tight knit community . Operating a high-volume, boutique Fox concept offers an opportunity to learn from and lead the very best in the industry. We are hiring immediately!

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement
