- Cash handling, daily reconciliation, profit monitoring, and budgeting
- Train, motivate, and manage staff
- Handle recruitment, discipline, and engagement
- Handle complaints
- Monitor satisfaction
- Liaise with franchisor
- Ensure compliance
- Manage theft prevention
