Requirements
- Have 13 years of restaurant management experience
- Bring a genuine passion for hospitality and people-first leadership
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certifications training provided if needed
Responsibilities
- Driving sales and profitability
- Ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Leading by example to achieve business goals and performance targets
- Supporting local restaurant marketing initiatives
