Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join one of our Chattanooga-based concepts. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, working side-by-side with your team to ensure smooth service, strong sales, and a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality
- Experience in scheduling, inventory, and team development
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast
- Eagerness to grow with a company that promotes from within
- Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- Ability to coach and develop Team Members
- Strong passion for hospitality and service
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Working knowledge of local and national health codes
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
- Manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Hire, train, and develop hourly staff and supervisors
- Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth
- Maintain a safe working environment for Team Members and dining environment for Guests.
- Work with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time
