The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the leadership and coordination of all food & beverage initiatives, maintaining established operational and service standards and maximizing profits for the Restaurant. Effectively holds monthly training classes for all food and beverage employees to train on safety, product knowledge, proper service procedures and other restaurant-related guidelines. Responsible for executing and reporting month end inventory in conjunction with accounting department guidelines. Forms a partnership with the purchasing manager to ensure proper product and pricing is "on hand" at all times. Responsible for arrival, storage, and organization of all beverage products in conjunction with accounting department guidelines. Understands beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue and returns, food standards, and period end inventory. Demonstrates teamwork; is dependable and productive. Manages in compliance with all applicable food, beverage and liquor laws. Implements agreed upon food and beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. Monitors adherence to all food and liquor control policies and procedures. Ensures proper procedures for the handling of financial transactions and credit control. Perform any other duties assign by his/her manager.
