We are looking for qualified managers who are passionate about hospitality to join our team at Red Rock! Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the front of house operations. Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests. Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting. Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment. Fosters a positive work environment. Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership. Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars. Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2-years’ experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants. Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology. Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen. Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership. Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date. Must have TAM card up to date.
