What You’ll Do: As a Restaurant Manager in our Independent Living dining areas, you’ll be a key leader in our front-of-house team, ensuring excellence in two of our elegant dining venues. Requirements
- 3+ years in fine dining or catering
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
Responsibilities
- Deliver fine dining service to residents, guests, and staff
- Manage reservations and seating plans for Winningham Court
- Support café operations and special events
- Collaborate with our sommelier on wine offerings
- Train and guide team members to success
- Oversee POS systems, inventory, and billing
- Uphold safety, service, and hospitality standards
