As a key member of the leadership team, the restaurant manager is accountable for the Bluestone Lane cafe and assists in banquet operations. The restaurant manager is committed to guest satisfaction and providing great experience for all guests. The restaurant manager will ensure that the food and beverage quality meets the Bluestone Lane standards. This is a hands-on position, and you should be comfortable supporting team members and assisting in all areas of the restaurant. You will be expected to promote the values and culture of Bluestone Lane that include Key success factors: Human connection, premium broad product, Spend through service and beautiful spaces.
