The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing operations of all food and beverage outlets, delivering an excellent guest experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. As the General Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage all food and beverage operations Maintain exceptional levels of customer service Maximize sales and revenue Ensure compliance with company standards Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement Ensure communication meetings are conducted Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
