About The Position

Working as a Restaurant Manager for a gourmet French food and delicatessen outlet located at 1100 Avenue of the Americas, you are responsible for the effective execution of service for the 75-100 seat restaurant. Fauchon serves Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch Monday through Sunday and closes to the public at 4pm. The outlet will be open for private events in the evenings Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing food retail and F&B operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in business software and POS systems.
Passionate about food

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the boutique, restaurant, and kitchen to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, visual merchandising and food quality.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team including kitchen staff, servers, and retail staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Ensure exceptional customer service across all areas of the business.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Innovate and adapt offerings to meet market demands and customer preferences.
