As a Manager, you will lead your team through core leadership principles, role modeling our touchstones, delivering on operational and culinary standards, and coaching and developing the team. Requirements

1-3 years of restaurant experience
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
