The Restaurant Manager Job Description Lead our Team Serves as a mentor and coach to our Team Leads by example Maintains an organizational-wide vision and influences business decisions Offers perspective on monthly goals Executes on long-term vision and goals Conduct interviews as needed Familiarity with all operational systems and procedures and continual assessment of these systems/procedures Accepts full responsibility and accountability for their area of the business Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures and understands the back-office procedures and computer applications as needed to effectively help run a shift Certified in Safety and Security to ensure the safety of the team Certified in Mobile and Chick-fil-A Online Ordering (catering) Certified in all training modules pertaining to their area of responsibility Adheres to all uniform standards Mandatory participation in assigned training Responsibility for training on and compliance with all food safety and labor laws ServSafe Certified Prior experience as restaurant leader or manager preferred.
