About The Position

At OTH Hotels Resorts, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service, strong team performance, and a high-quality guest experience. This role involves managing front-of-house operations, leading and supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring service standards are executed effectively. The manager is accountable for staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching team members, while also maintaining operational efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with Company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and a seamless dining experience.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members to deliver service aligned with Unscripted Hospitality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
  • Partner with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure alignment on service execution and guest experience.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor controls based on business needs and forecasts.
  • Oversee training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as Company policies.
  • Support financial performance by managing costs, maximizing revenue opportunities, and monitoring key metrics.
  • Maintain inventory controls, ordering processes, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with other departments to support overall hotel operations.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a strong presence on the floor.
