About The Position

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for directing the distinguished operations of Wynn's staff dining room with meticulous attention to detail. Cultivate and direct an exceptional team, fostering excellence in team performance and maintaining Wynn's highest standards of service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification required; advanced education in hospitality management or business administration is highly valued
  • Clear and concise communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with eloquence and professionalism across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in a second language is a distinguished advantage
  • Demonstrated expertise in Food & Beverage cost control, with a minimum of one year of progressive supervisory experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Sophisticated understanding of both union and non-union operational frameworks, reflecting comprehensive knowledge of diverse workplace environments
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and cultivate high-performing teams committed to excellence
  • Demonstrated excellence in collaborative teamwork with the ability to thrive in a refined, fast-paced luxury hospitality setting
  • Current Nevada Food Handlers certification or the ability to obtain and maintain this credential in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Must be twenty-one years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional employee experience through the embodiment of Wynn's luxury service philosophy and Wynn's standards of distinction
  • Manage departmental budgets, monitor Food & Beverage costs, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining service quality
  • Develop and execute scheduling strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient labor management
  • Oversee menu planning, food quality standards, and culinary presentations to align with luxury dining expectations
  • Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to enhance team capabilities
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements, including Nevada Food Handlers standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory control to ensure consistent product quality and availability
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery protocols to address concerns and enhance satisfaction
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and revenue optimization
