What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in restaurant or bar management, or another hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Ability to handle two different outlets with amazing results
A natural people-person with strong communication and team-building skills
Confidence leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse team during busy service periods
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure when the patio is packed and the tickets are flying
Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and best practices in restaurant operations
Ability to create strong relationships with vendors and guests
Managing inventory levels and ordering
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the lake life is at its best
Knowledge of local flavors, Minnesota comfort food, and a love for the Northwoods lifestyle is a big plus
