About The Position

Brooks Bar & Deck is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our year-round restaurant and bar operations, while also overseeing our seasonal outlets including the Deck, Fairway Grill, and beverage cart team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across all food and beverage venues. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience required
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
  • Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage labor, inventory, and operational costs
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous bar and food & beverage leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience overseeing multiple outlets or seasonal operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of Brooks Bar & Deck
  • Oversee seasonal operations for Deck, Fairway Grill, and beverage cart services
  • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and seasonal team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
  • Maintain service, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all outlets
  • Manage staffing levels and labor costs to support business needs
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory and support cost control initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health regulations, and liquor laws
  • Support opening, closing, and seasonal transitions of all assigned outlets
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
