Brooks Bar & Deck is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our year-round restaurant and bar operations, while also overseeing our seasonal outlets including the Deck, Fairway Grill, and beverage cart team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across all food and beverage venues. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect.
