Requirements

  • Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining environments
  • Proven ability to supervise kitchen operations, manage inventory control, and oversee food production processes
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and employee development
  • Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and food safety regulations across various hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Background in managing shift operations within casual dining or banquet settings

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions
