Role Summary: The Restaurant Manager oversees all food service operations within San Simeon Estates, ensuring the culinary experience integrates seamlessly with the winery’s tasting and pairing programs. This position bridges the kitchen, tasting room, and floor operations to deliver a unified and elevated guest experience.
