As a Restaurant Associate Manager, the role combines a passion for people with restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. This position involves leading people and executing all store operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, with 24/7 home office support available.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be fluent in English
