About The Position

We are currently hiring Managers who hold our same high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities are to assist the GM in managing the daily operations of a Wendy's restaurant, to participate in the achievement of store objectives and to assist in interviewing recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members. Will participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of communicating and engaging team members effectively, along with providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures
  • Ability to provide supervisory practices
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training, Wendy's Management Institute, and food safety training

Responsibilities

  • Assist the GM in managing daily operations of the restaurant
  • Participate in achieving store objectives
  • Assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • Create and maintain an environment of effective communication and engagement among team members
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
