About the position
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent guest and employee experiences while managing store operations. Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- Manage all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Drive business results through effective management practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
