The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment related matters in the restaurant including, among other things, setting any requirements for this job and all decisions concerning hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing and scheduling. Reporting to the Area Director, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, to grow sales while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant by leading the Del Taco Way.
