Requirements

  • 5+ years of hospitality-related experience.
  • 3+ years of Restaurant Manager/Leadership experience.
  • Current food handler's card and other required certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Point of Sale systems.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and streamline restaurant processes in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager.
  • Hire and mentor staff, assisting with career development strategies.
  • Implement training programs to promote sales and service success.
  • Assist employees with career development to improve retention and build bench strength.
  • Seek out marketing opportunities within the community and collaborate with Retail.
